We are a cooperative land stewardship group that is dedicated to preserving and enhancing the natural beauty of the land while creating a vibrant and inclusive community where we can grow, learn, live, play, and thrive together.

As stewards, we are responsible for the care and management of the land, including preserving natural resources, promoting sustainable practices, and protecting the environment. Our goal is to break down class barriers, support one another, and have a positive impact in our communities - this includes our Collective Spaces community, the larger South Boston community, and the respective communities the individual Members and Participants are involved in.

We are just getting started, and we are excited to have you join us on this journey. You can find Collective Spaces online on our Discord server and in our shared Google Drive, where we are planning, dreaming, prioritizing, and building the systems that will help us achieve our goals. We also hold monthly camping weekends and other events where we get together to enjoy the land, clear timber, create camping spots and hiking trails, and build basic infrastructure.

We use the governance model of sociocracy to make decisions as a group. Sociocracy emphasizes collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. Click here to learn more about our organizational structure and governance.

If you're interested in joining us, we'd love to have you be a part of this wonderful community. Come join us and see what Collective Spaces is all about!
